VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES

  • Follow CDC Guidelines regarding mask-wearing

  • Wash hands often

  • Use hand sanitizer as appropriate

  • Reschedule if you are sick

  • Self-monitor - the work can be physical

  • Communicate quickly with the leadership team if you become ill within two weeks of volunteering

  • Sign an annual waiver (copies on site, or downloadable below)

PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT
AND WAIVER FORM

Volunteers under the age of 18 need to have written parental consent on file to participate.  Please print and return the annual Parent-Guardian Consent and Waiver Form, which can be found below.
